Reflective Blog 1

    After three weeks of hard work, the discussion phase has finally come to an end and now we will be focusing on generating an appropriate proposal to be sent to the DEAN for approval. In these three weeks, the discussion phase has been a little bit tough since there are many opinions voiced out by the members and this make it difficult to come to a consensus. Later on, we decided to make a poll so that we can collect all of the opinions from the members. In the end, we respect the majority's choice which is to conduct an online lecture to teach JAVA Programming Language and AI Fundamentals to the SPM leavers. Then, we proceed to forming the committee of the project and Lawrence was voted as the leader of the project. 

    After that, Lawrence divides the committee to be in charge of the 4 departments which are Blog Journalist Department, Public Relations Department, Content Provider Department and Video Producer Department. All of the members are free to join their desired department. For me, I opt to join the Content Provider Department because I am interested in creating some great content. Although it is a challenging task but I think it is worth a try. Next, our department head, ACE, gives us a short briefing on the syllabus of the subject that we are going to teach. He then divide us into a few smaller subgroups and I join the Tutor group. The reason I choose to be a tutor because I am willing to help others to solve their problem and I feel satisfied to be able to spread my knowledge to the others. I don't think this will gonna be easy but I will try my best to make this project a success one 💪💪. Good luck to myself and all the other comrades as well 😆😆.
